If you seek an appointment with the doctor make sure you bring in all the documents including medicines ,reports of investigation ,scans and any advice slips given by the doctor.Please bring an attendant with you.Make sure you wear a mask and keep the phone in silent mode.It is a good habit to keep the records in mobile phone as a photograph and e mail it to yourself so you have a digital record.
Make sure you have at-least 15 minutes for the consult and be prepared for any additional investigations if necessary.Be attentive and you will given leaflets to reinforce what we have said.Complex disorders and Cancer care might take long hours

What Investigation are needed before surgery?
There is variation between specialties ,but you would require
CBC,HBSAG,HIV,Hep C as bare minimum for General Anaesthesia. Your doctors may add CT Scan and an Audiometry for more information .If you have other medical illness you might need more investigations based on Anaesthetist request
